When substance abuse is in existing then we are dealing with a mind that is shackled with anger. A person with an alcohol or drug problem often feels that the world has let them down. A person with alcohol or drug abuse often has difficult dealing with their emotions, anger and stress. When the person feels stress, they will often head to the liquor store or the nearby drug dealer for a fix. This is a temporary answer to the problem that adds more problems to the existing issues. Therefore, finding a more productive method for dealing with stress, emotions and anger is advisable. If you resort to alcohol or drugs for relief, you might want to realize that the world has more to offer you. Mental health services can go a long way since your problem is not directly the alcohol or drugs but an underlying source exists that links to the real problem. You probably lived a life and lacked development in your growth. You may even lack educational knowledge that helps you to see things in full light. You might even have a mental illness that is hindering your from living a productive lifestyle. We see then that alcohol and drugs is just another problem you added to problems already in existence. If you use your resources, you might see that doctors have medications that can help you to cope with stress or mental illnesses. You might even see that there are resources available, such as anger management, help groups, and so forth that can help you find a much more effective way to deal with your anger and stress. If you feel like the world is resting on your shoulders, then you might want to review your problems carefully. In many instances, a person has added problems to their life and is the root of their own behavioral issues. You will probably see that alcohol and drugs is playing a large part in how you behave in society. Alcohol usually makes us express our emotions freely without preservation. This opens us up to evil, since our perceptions, sound, and words are affected. This means you may misinterpret someone talking to you, flare up with anger, and possibly engage in a fight. Never take life for granted. If you believe that alcohol and drugs is the answer to your problems then you are on the road to destruction. Life is filled with problems and we all have to face them every single day. It is how you deal with the problems that enhance your success and coping abilities. If you have difficulty managing stress then you might want to review the triggers that ignite your emotions. For example, if you are visiting associations that adhere to negative living then you can see that new friends are needed. In fact, you will see that the association is not friends anyway. A good friend will not allow you to drive and drink, or take you to a bar if you already had too much to drink. A good friend will tell you to your face when you are doing something wrong and try to help you find a way to stop. Alcohol and drugs only increase your chances of exploding when your emotions are threatened. You might have probable cause to strike out, but in most cases, you do not have cause at all. I hope that this helps you to see that alcohol and drugs only increase anger’s chances of opening up and extending your problems. If you are an abuser then your path is marked, since if you are caught drinking and driving you will have more problems that what you already had. If you are taking drugs then you know that someday the police will knock on your door and ask you to step outside. Once those handcuffs go on, alcohol, drugs will be removed from the picture, and more problems will lead you to overwhelming stress, meaning you are adding something to what you could not face in the first place. There are people that care whether you can see it or not. You are not alone!
We hear reports around the globe of the many souls that suffer depression, because of overwhelming stress. With wars, poverty, and violence going on around us is it any wonder that depression is an issue? Statistics has proven that depression links to increased heart attacks and heart disease. Researchers have not proved that depression is the cause of heart disease, but they do feel it is a contribution. Depression is also the root for suicidal increase. Yet the fatal mistake that doctors make is over medicating the patient. Medications not only suppress the problem, but it contributes to medical issues. The result, the problem is still there. Everyday studies are finding new information and yet the information is often tossed to the backseat while traditional treatments continue.
New studies reveal that in contrast, intellectual and in depth, research coupled with insight helps scientist understand depression. After study the mental illness, closely they concluded in once study that depression is possibly linked to existing heart diseases that are a result of
With premature death-related to heart disease caused by premature changes in women. In other words, postmenopausal issues were said to be linked. After careful research, it was shown that antidepressant drugs might cause more harm to patients. Observers that watched these women claimed that women were at higher risk of heart attacks while inducing antidepressants. The Archives of Internal Medicines after conducting surveys claimed that more than 90,000 women over the age of fifty and out of 16 percent suffered major depression. This was half the women and this half was taking antidepressants. The researchers continued their studies and found that postmenopausal women suffered depression, and because of taking antidepressants, over half the women were at risk of death related to heart diseases.
In 2003, new researchers concluded that the percentage of women at risk would also be subject to fractured bones, and that more than 8,000 women over 65 were prescribed medications and the medicines had affected the central nervous system. Researchers deduced that after taking prescribed drugs for five years the women were noticeably showing risks of fracturing bones, and those that did not take the drugs lived healthier lives. After careful studies researchers concluded that, the prescribed drugs were the linking cause of psychical symptoms. In order to reduce depression, one must exercise, eat healthy, write in journals, and use self-induced analytic profiling and evaluation of self. It is extremely important that a person come to understand their handicap and deal with it. More studies have shown that when the spine is out of alignment, or injured that it links to depression, which is often caused by stress. Often when we visit our Chiropractor, he/she can help us to get our spine back in alignment, which has proven to relieve stress and depression.
In spite of the studies that concluded that antidepressants could put a patient at risk doctors around the globe, still take out their prescription pads and start writing. Often the problem is ignored and blame is placed on the patients, while the doctors continue prescribing.
Now you must ask the question, are you at risk? If so, you need to take care that you consult with the proper physician. Ask him to monitor your issues carefully and sway him away from prescribing antidepressants.
Stay alert to your mental health and avoid floundering, as this contributes to depression. There are solutions to any problems that will work for you. Get out of the house and socialize. Take up a sport that you may enjoy. Read a damn good book or write one yourself. Writing is a gift, an art, and a contribution to Freedom of Speech; let the words flow.
As I analyzed this distraction, I concluded, that depression is a mask of broken memories backed with links to medical issues formed and ignored. The spinal and nervous system are remarkably relative if not constituting the main cause of this distraction. What happens is people that suffer fail to exercise, sit straight, bend appropriately, and so forth. The result, the spine is dislocated. When the spine is out of line, problems will arise.
Depression can kill only if you let it!
When we are angry, we often find a way to deal with the stress that anger brings. Some of us however cannot find a way to deal with our anger. A faithful strategy I used to deal with anger is to handle the situation when the opportunity arises. If someone does something to hurt me, it depends on the situation but I got resources, therefore I put those to good use. When I feel sometimes, I go inside my mind, find a restful area, and talk to myself. I often find humor whether it is ironic, ridiculous dark, humorous, or what have you. Anything that makes me laugh often relieves the stress my body and mind feels when I am angry. Blowing up at the source that made us angry is not the answer. This only creates a more difficult problem. Therefore, if you have a problem with anger you might want to go to anger management where psychotherapy is available. Anger management helps a person to get in contact with his or her mind. It helps them to see that anger is the root of emotions that are out of control. It also helps the person to see that anger can be controlled if you learn behavior strategies to modify your attitude. If you have problems with anger, you might have an underlying situation, which includes mental illness, alcohol or drugs. Do you drink heavily? If so this affects the body, mind, and will make it difficult to manage your anger when you are threatened or feel as though someone let you down. If you are taking drugs, you may want to consider that drugs can cause great harm to both your mind and body and enhance your mood, making it easier for you to explode when you are anger. Drugs never help, they only cause more harm. If you have mental illness, you might want to consult with an expert in the mental health industry to learn more about your problem. Symptoms are a part of mental illness and anger is one of the many signs that mental illness includes. Not every personality disorder has anger problems, but many of the mental ill do. The symptoms may include inability to comprehend, which often causes anger to erupt since the person has difficulty understanding the person speaking with them. Another symptom in mental illness that causes anger is voices outside the head. If you are hearing those negative voices telling you that someone is going to kill you, or instructing you to kill someone you love it can drive a person mad. Hallucination is another symptom in mental illness that can make a person deranged or angry. When you are seeing things that do not exist, yet appear real, it makes you angry inside when the symptoms subside and you find that you are out in left field. Delusions can also trick the emotions and make us feel out of control. When a person does not have control of his or her being, it often frustrates the person, making them angry. Anger is also created when person’s behaviors are criminal, or potentially criminal oriented. If you have a compulsive lying habit then it often degrades your being and makes you angry. You might blow up at someone for simple words, but the source that made you angry is no one but your self. Likewise, if you are thief it is also degrading and will only dehumanize and deprive you of the ability to control your emotions. If you are experiencing any of the listed sources of anger then anger management is a great start to dealing with your emotions and anger. Anger management is a form of psychotherapy that offers you the tools to learn behavior and control anger. The systematic problem can help you to learn to associate with others without blowing your fuse. If you have difficulty, speaking up then anger management will guide you through the steps to recovery. You will address your problems, learn how to manage them, and learn how to function as a healthy person in society. Anger is good, but when it becomes a problem then anger management is the solution to success.
Since new studies are proving that, many antidepressants are associated with heart attacks, strokes, behavior problems, and so on why are they still prescribing drugs. Why, because they cannot answer the thousands of question about mental health, and they are unable to find a solution in many cases to treat each individual mental illness successful…Therapists are finding that listening to the patients and including therapeutic techniques is often better than drugging the patients. Since the beginning of time, mental illness has touched our lives. Starting with Cain and Able, we can see Cain’s obsessive behaviors and jealous outrages lead him to kill his own brother in cold blood. What was he thinking? He wanted attention that Able received, and he wanted something that was not rightfully his for the taking. Throughout the episode Adam and Eve had nothing but problems, and was often consumed finding a way to survive in a chaotic environment. Later through the centuries, others followed Cain’s example, while others broke off into a more deadly game. How much deadly can it get when murder is involved. Try murder in numbers, or mutilation, dismembered, beheaded, slaughter, and so forth. All for the love of money in some cases, and all for the hatred buried in the mind of the deadly predators that walk out earth. Mental illnesses come in all forms and none of us is excluded from illnesses of the mind. If you have jealousy in your blood, you have a mental ill element that could lead to a much greater problem. If you have envy in your blood, you have the beginning of a created delusion that will escalate if the problem is not dealt with. In other cases, the problem could bury itself under the surface never brining harm to others, but will soon create more bad habits. The problem grows as mental health experts start distributing prescription drugs that increase behaviors, psych the mind, and controls the mind, while burying the problems underneath. Some antidepressants are dangerous if stopped abruptly. Antidepressants such as Effexor XR if stopped abruptly will increase symptoms such as, suicidal tendencies/thinking, violent outbursts, enraged attitudes, impulsive behaviors and so. The person obviously has something that was buried under the medication and was triggered by the chemicals combined in the drug. Antidepressants in some instances has proven dangerous, yet mental health experts around the world continue to prescribed such chemical laced dangers to mental illnesses of all sorts. It has been proven in some instances that antidepressants will increase alcohol and/or drug addiction symptoms, as well as causing major heart attacks, or damage to bone structures, which leads to many fractures. Examining medications and mental health is often difficulty since we have to consider that the advocate and the enemy are working together to bring forth a destruction. When we think of help, we know that when a person helps another that it is always a good thing. However, some of us that believe that we have a piece of paper think that we have all the answers. Otherwise, some may feel that playing against the odds is the best solution for finding the problems. The sad part is more mentally ill individuals are aware that the experts are making numerous mistakes every single day, and they are placing the blame on everyone but the ones making the mistakes. How sad when we are all one people, one nation, and under one rule. When it comes to the mind, the last thing anyone should do is play around with problems existing. In my experience, I watched as psychiatrist prescribed a young boy with drugs that created more problem than what was already in existing. The boy was diagnosed with Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Psychopathic Tendencies, and the list goes on, and the doctors were foolish enough to give this child drugs that made him more deadly than he already was. In turn, the doctor ignored the patient when he said this only makes me angry than I already am. Now when this person goes to jail, he is the one looked down upon, but if someone was to recognize the truth and come out of denial, they are the ones in the wrong.
Perhaps you break out into a cold sweat when you have to deliver a talk before a group of people. Or perhaps you become nervous when you have to take a test. There are certainly numerous causes for anxiety. Similarly, there are a number of treatment options for those afflicted with the illness. If you don’t like the idea of medication, you might try an alternative approach to battling your anxiety.
It is estimated that nearly seven percent of Americans suffer from anxiety and panic disorders. While prescription drugs are routinely offered as a remedy for such illnesses, they can be dangerous if administered over a long period of time. Some of the more popular anxiety drugs include Diazepam and Wellbutrin.
However, increasingly, Americans are turning to alternative medicines in an effort to soothe their anxious feelings. In just the last decade, the demand for alternative medicine has skyrocketed 300 percent. This is partially the result of the fact that many alternative medicines offer relief from symptoms without the side-effects linked to prescription drugs. It should be noted, however, that natural remedies are not meant to be long-term treatments, although they can offer relief in the short-term.
Before you buy a natural remedy, it is important that you do your homework as far as your knowledge of herbs and vitamins is concerned. It is also imperative that you consult your family physician in order to ensure that the alternative treatment is safe for you.
A number of herbs offer relief from the symptoms of anxiety. For instance, St. Johns Wort is one of the most popular anti-anxiety herbs on the market. After taking St. Johns Wort for as little as two weeks, you should notice a difference in your anxiety level.
Valerian Root is another alternative option you might try. It is especially helpful in combating insomnia because of its sedative quality. In other words, it helps to lull the central nervous system to sleep. Research indicates that Valerian Root is effective in improving sleep 90 percent of the time. This is important, since much of anxiety is linked to sleep disorders.
Vitamins can also provide an effective treatment for anxiety. They can be quite important in enabling neurotransmitter synthesis and maintenance. For instance, B-complex can help produce neurochemicals, which in turn assists in the synthesis of serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine.
Yet another aid to combating anxiety is Passion Flower. It helps to calm the central nervous system, leading to feelings of peace. Meanwhile, Ashwaghanda Root can make you feel stronger so that you are better able to handle the effects of anxiety.
But perhaps no herbal remedy is quite as effective as Kava Kava. This is considered to be one of the strongest anti-anxiety remedies in the world. A number of studies indicates that Kava Kava is highly effective in relieving the short-term symptoms of anxiety. It is also considered quite safe to ingest, making it one of the most popular herbs available on the market today.
An herbal remedy called PureCalm is being marketed as a safe way to deal with general nervousness and worry. You may feel relaxed after taking only a few drops of this natural substance. However, if you suffer from severe anxiety, including panic attacks, you might consider a remedy called MindSoothe, which combines St. Johns Wort with Passiflora. Mindsoothe has been linked to good sleep, greater concentration, and better memory. Therefore, it is particularly effective in treating the symptoms of anxiety.
We all have feelings of anxiety from time to time. But how can you tell if your anxiety is out of control? If you experience racing thoughts, rapid heartbeat, extreme difficulty resting or concentrating, you probably need to get help. If you do not like dealing with the side-effects of prescription drugs, an herbal remedy may be in order. You should know in advance, however, that some herbal remedies carry their own risks and lead to significant side-effects. The more you know about herbal remedies, the better consumer you’ll be. Don’t allow yourself to be a human guinea pig. Take herbal medication only after you have thoroughly studied its effects upon the human body.
