The woman has a teenage child and was living in a dangerous environment, which included criminal behaviors. The woman knew she had to remove her child and self from this environment, yet she knows she does not have enough funds to rent another home. Therefore, she is homeless once she leaves the environment. Rather than floundering in her emotions, she takes control and calls a friend asking for help. The friend comes as quickly as possible and provides her child and self a temporarily home. She knows that she has to move from this environment soon, so she reviews her mind and considers all resources available to her. Now, she has pride and a making a little money through her own home business but she calls the Department of Social Services and explains her situation. The program instructs her to find a home within her means and then contact them as soon as the place is available. She is told that she will be placed on an emergency list for the homeless and now has hope that her problems will reduce. Now, before she left the first environment there was a violent outburst from the first party. Instead of retaliating, she controlled her anger and walked past the woman without speaking a word. Now if she had retaliated she would be in jail since the woman owned the home where she stayed and then she would have a bigger problem than homeless. When emotions are flaring and anger is out of control stay in charge!

The most common flu symptom

People all over the world are always catching the flu and there is nothing worse than a flu symptom, any flu symptoms really and unfortunately many a flu symptom will come hand in hand with others. This leads to awful illnesses that can last for days and even a week or more. There is one more common flu symptom though, that many people tend to suffer from.

The most common flu symptom by far is the chills. Everyone dreads getting the chills because there is simply nothing that can be done about them. No matter how many blankets you put on or how many you take off this annoying flu symptom will persist and keep you feeling alternately hot and cold all day long.

There is another common flu symptom and that is sweating and fever. These always go hand in hand with a bad case of the flu. A flu symptom like sneezing or coughing is not usually far behind either. The flu is one of those viruses that cause all manner of different flu symptoms and they are all equally disturbing to those suffering from them.

There is not really any flu symptom that is tolerable, they are all going to make your next few days terrible but keep in mind that this flu symptom too shall pass. All you need to do in order to make sure you get over your flu symptom or flu symptoms is get plenty of rest and plenty of fluids.

Most medicines will not help much with any flu symptom. Some over the counter medications can mask your symptoms somewhat but these do not always work and they never speed up the healing time of the flu symptom. The only thing that makes your actual flu better is time and rest.

If you think that you might have the stomach flu then you may want to go to see a doctor because this could actually be something like parasites or food poisoning. These can get serious so if you are feeling a lot of pain in your stomach and massive vomiting and diarrhea then you are not really suffering from a regular flu symptom and the doctor may be able to help you.

Learning more about each kind of flu symptom will not hurt either, at least that way you will have some idea as to what to expect from a flu symptom.

Have you had a bird flu symptom?

Doctor’s offices are flooded with visitors all over the world these days from people wondering if they have a bird flu symptom. We are all so terrified of any kind of bird flu symptom that some people have even stopped going out where there might be other people. This is a little extreme since the bird flu symptom has not yet had many cases of moving from one person to another and most of the world is not even affected with bird flu yet but it is still a good idea to have a good grasp about each bird flu symptom and what you can expect from them.

Each flu will have symptoms and a bird flu symptom is not really any different, they can just get worse. If you have the bird flu you will be looking at the same types of symptoms, there will be the sore throat, a cough, perhaps some sneezing, a fever but you may also suffer from a more serious bird flu symptom like respiratory distress or even failure. This type of bird flu symptom could cause death.

You do need to be aware of each bird flu symptom but you should not get too panicked as soon as you feel yourself getting all congested. Chances are that you are not suffering from a bird flu symptom but only a regular cold symptom. The bird flu is not at the stage, at least not in the North America or Europe where we need to be getting all worked up.

And keep in mind that doctors and scientists are working all over the world to come up with medicines and vaccines that will deal with each bird flu symptom swiftly and effectively. Billions of dollars are being poured into the fight against the bird flu and each bird flu symptom. And if you were to get a symptom that sounded like a bird flu symptom chances are like one in a few million or more that it actually is a bird flu symptom. It is probably just a regular flu symptom that comes along with the regular flu.

The thought of a bird flu symptom hitting us is a terrifying through but you need to try to keep the situation in perspective and not worry too much about it. There is no reason to let the fear of a bird flu symptom or two affect the way we live our lives, things are just not at that point yet.

Cognitive Mental Health Disorders

Therapists around the globe are constantly searching for answers that help them understand mental illnesses. Cognitive disorders including, dementia, delirium, alcohol-induced disorders, and other related disorders are under constant studies. Most cognitive disorders listed in this article have classic denominators, including loss of memory. Most of the diagnoses are linked to disease of the brain or biological disease, or else alcoholism and related chemicals. Often people with cognitive disorders have difficulty with speech, including relating with others, and reasoning. Their judgment is often affected, and their ability to recognize is often comprehended differently than the normal mind. Often the patients suffer depression, irritation, paranoia, and other related symptoms that could easily be misdiagnosed, since bipolar has similar characteristic symptoms. Delirium includes symptoms that target the awareness, signals confusion, effects speech, loss of memory, imposes fear, stems depression, and many other symptoms that affect the patient. Physical symptoms also insult the patient. Increased heart rate, disturbance in sleep, nausea, and many other physical symptoms make it difficult for the patient to find comfort. Recent studies have shown however that medications can increase symptoms in the disorder, including strokes, heart attacks, imbalances and so forth. Dementia is a type of Alzheimer disease that causes the patient to lose memory, learning inabilities, language impairments, and so forth. AIDS stokes, heart failures, and other chronic problems may cause a person to suffer dementia. People that suffer dementia may personal hygiene incapacities, poor judgment, avoidance, personality altering, and so forth. The diagnoses can be misconstrued for several disorders, including major depressive. It is important to avoid alcohol if you are suffering with any symptoms of mental illness. Alcohol only increases the symptoms interruptions and causes more harm to the patient. Many mental ill patients will resort to alcohol and/or drugs to find a source of relief from their suffering. This is not the solution and should be avoided at all cost. Alcohol-induced disorders are classified in cognitive disorders simply because the symptoms are related, and many of the diagnoses are a direct result of substances in many cases. This is not true of all mentally ill patients. Therapists have treated many patients that have never touched alcohol or drugs. Although many counselors will try to find this as an excuse to eliminate the worst-case scenario. Alcohol induced disorders are also known as ‘Korsakoff’s Syndrome,” which affects the memory directly. Symptoms often include memory loss, denial, indifferences, sometimes-violent behaviors, and so forth. Most alcoholic or drug patients are direct link nutritional deficiencies, which often include B-Complex. It is often difficult to treat alcoholism, however it is possible. It takes the person to will their self free of the substances, acceptance is the beginning of recovery. Many patients that are alcoholics or addicts sometimes treated with medications for physical impairments. I have acknowledged obsessive medicinal deliveries, and often the medicines that are provided to the patient with trigger the alcoholism symptoms. High dosage of B-Complex is often given to patients in extensive outpatient/inpatient therapy where alcohol and drugs are the problem. If the patient is at an early stage then it is possible to treat the patient affectively. Nowadays alcoholism is affecting children, and it is time that we take a step to stop the increase of alcoholism and drug addictions, before it is too late. Therapists are constantly searching for a way to resolve the many mental illnesses today. As they study, they are finding that more problems are out there and it only slows them down, since when they find new discoveries they focus on this problem, pushing the other diagnoses to the back momentarily or else linking them together. Mental illness whether it be alcoholism or other diagnoses is not a game. There are millions of people around the globe suffering everyday and are rarely receiving the care they deserve. We all people and all of us deserve care, including (if not more so) those with mental illnesses. In the next article, we are going to discuss more severe disorders, including antisocial behaviors, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, schizoid, schizotypal, and so forth. I think it is important that we all have a basic knowledge of the many diagnoses in the world. Having a basic knowledge can help us to cope or help someone that is suffering mental illnesses.
